NEW TREATMENT THERAPY

Carpal Ligament Traction
Clinically Proven Carpal Tunnel Syndrome Symptom Relief
Research Published in Journal of Hand Therapy

• CTRAC is a carpal ligament stretching device designed to open the carpal tunnel and provide more space for the median nerve. Taking the pressure off the nerve quickly decreases the symptoms of Carpal Tunnel Syndrome. C TRAC was designed and developed by Rehabilitation Medicine Physicians to alleviate the hand pain, tingling, numbness and aggravation of Carpal Tunnel Syndrome by using a three point pressure system. The amount of pressure or force has been extensively tested to be gentle, safe and effective. It is used for 5 minutes 3 times a day for 4-6 weeks. It is not disposable, you do not sleep with it and it is not a hand immobilizer.

CTRAC is very easy to use and has proven to be effective in decreasing the symptoms of Carpal Tunnel syndrome in our Clinical trials and in Independent Clinical trials. It has been tested in patients with mild, moderate and severe symptoms producing results which promise to change the way the medical community treats Carpal Tunnel Syndrome. READ THE CLINICAL TRIALS and the testimonials. (physicians emphasize research trials for obvious reasons).

*Place hand on the C TRAC apply a premeasured amount of stretching force by inflating the cuff (bladder), wait 2-5 minutes and then remove, you can use it in both hands by "flipping" the C TRAC. Apply 3 times a day for 4-6 weeks. You can start seeing results in 2-4 days depending on the severity of your symptoms.

Dear Colleague,

C-TRAC was designed to treat Carpal Tunnel Syndrome. We realized Carpal Tunnel Syndrome is a mechanical problem in which the Carpal Tunnel is narrowed and produces pressure on the median nerve. This device applies traction to the Carpal Ligament, elongating the ligament, and increasing the area of the tunnel. Daily traction and ligament stretching for 4-6 weeks, helped alleviate symptoms oc CTS as shown on research studies. We have had amazing results with the several thousands who have used C-TRAC and we would like to extend the reach of our successful treatment to your patients.

There are approximately 1 million new diagnosed patients with Carpal Tunnel Syndrome in the United States every year and about 330,000 carpal tunnel release surgeries done yearly. Unfortunately, patients and many physicians believe Carpal Tunnel Syndrome patients will inevitably end up having surgery since conservative therapy often fails. The number of Physical or Occupational Therapy sessions are often limtied by insurance companies. But, as reasearch has shown, there is no specific consensus as to when in the course of the condition a patient should have surgery. Carpal Tunnel Release Surgery has been performed since the 1930s and has been known to fail on a high percentage of patients. After having the surgery, the options are very limited and a high percentage of patients end up having to change their lifestyle in order to manage the hand pain, tingling and numbness even after surgery.

C-TRAC has consistenly reduced the symptoms in patients with Carpal Tunnel Syndrome as shown in clinical trials. The abstract can be read in www.Pubmed.com

More physicians are recommeding C TRAC for their patients because it is simple and easy to use. It has been clinically tested, it is extremely effective, inexpensive, and is used at home for 5 minutes 3 times a day for 4-6 weeks.
