What size do I need?

Ctrac is available in three sizes: small, medium and large. So that you order the right size, you will need to measure the palm of your hand as demonstrated in the picture to the left:

Order Small if your palm measures 3" or less than 3".If you are around 3" use the small.
Order Medium if your palm measures between 3" and 4". If you are around 4" use the Medium.
Order Large if your palm measures between 4" and 5"

READ CAREFULLY:
Do not use C TRAC if you have severe Osteoporosis in the hands, fracture or deformity of the hand or wrist.
C TRAC has not been tested in hands that have had Carpal Tunnel Release surgery. We do not recommend use of C TRAC in hands that have had Carpal Tunnel Release surgery.
C TRAC only treats Carpal Tunnel Syndrome.
The device is not covered by insurance.

RETURN POLICY:
C TRAC will be exchanged for a new C TRAC when:
1. Only when there is a malfunction of C TRAC.
2. The claim is within 30 days of purchase.
3. We can confirm the malfunction.
In this situation we will replace the device and pay for the shipping.
Otherwise we do not accept returns.
